Print this Recipe    Pickled Snow Peas

6 garlic cloves
6 heads of dill
6 x 5oz Snow Peas (~2 lb)

Brine
6 cups water
3 cups vinegar
7 1/2 tbsp pickling salt

+ Place garlic and dill in hot sterilized pint jar.
+ Pack with snow peas to within 1 inch of top

Brine
+ Combine water, vinegar and salt in sauce pan
+ Bring to boil, stirring until salt dissolves
+ Fill jars with boiling brine to within 1/4 inch of top
+ Seal and let stand for 3 to 4 weeks.
