Barb Schaller's Raspberry Nectarine Jam

2 cups crushed, peeled nectarines 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 cups red raspberries 7 cups sugar 1 box (2 foil packets) liquid pectin (Certo)
Put peaches in a 6-quart non-reactive saucepot, stir in lemon juice. Crush berries and add to peaches.
Combine fruits with sugar, mix well, and bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in pectin, boil one minute, remove from heat and ladle into prepared jars. Seal with two-piece lid/ring. Process in boiling water bath for five minutes.
Makes about 8 or 9 eight-ounce jars.
