Canned Salsa

8 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
8 onions, peeled and chopped
8 apples, peeled and chopped
2 green peppers, peeled and chopped
6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 1/2 cups vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
5 Tbsp pickling salt
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 Tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp red chili peppers (dry crushed red peppers)
3 cans tomato paste (small ones)

Combine vegetables adn vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer for 1 hour.
Add sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, peppers and tomato past.

Boil for 5 minutes. Bottle and seal.
