Spicy Vinegar
1 pint vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
1 tablespoon celery seed
Combine all the ingredients and bring to the boil. Pour over pickles
or sliced, cooked beetroots.
