CHILI
2 pounds coarsely ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce 2 cups water 1 Tbs. chili powder 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 (16oz.) can kidney beans, drained, rinsed
Brown beef, onion and green pepper in Pressure cooker over medium heat. Discard excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 5 minutes at 15 pounds pressure. Let pressure drop of its own accord. Stir in beans. Cook until hot.
NOTE: If desired, beans can be increased to 2 cans. For hotter chili, increase cayenne pepper and/or chili powder.

This recipe was easy peasy to prepare and a low cost dish. The recommended recipe was a little bland and i added the following to create a great dish. 1 x sachet of tomato paste, 1 x table spoon soft brown sugar, 1 x splash red wine vinegar, 1 x worcestershire sauce (spicy sauce)
