Claypot Meatloaf 01

Clay Baker Meat Loaf
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. minced pork
1 t. salt
Pepper (to taste)
2 eggs
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup ice water
1/2 cup tomato juice
Combine all ingredients except tomato juice. Mix well and pat into
clay baker, then pour over tomato juice.
Cover and bake at 400 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hours.
