Cream of Asparagus Soup

3 TBS. olive oil
1 large onion
6 med. potatoes peeled & cubed
1 lb. asparagus
2 32oz. cans chicken broth
2 tsp. cumin
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup milk or half & half

Wash and trim asparagus spears, and cut into 1-inch pieces. In
pressure cooker, saute onion in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add
potatoes & asparagus continue to saute 3 additional 3 minutes.
Add broth and cumin . Close lid, bring to high pressure then lower
pressure and cook 12 minutes. Remove from heat release pressure
according to your cooker. Open lid when ready salt and pepper to
taste. Let cool slightly. Puree in blender adding milk or half
& half until smooth and creamy. SERVE HOT.
