Garlic Chicken in Vinegar

1-1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, diced
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoons cold water
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut chicken into large strips or chunks. Heat oil in cooker.
Brown chicken. Remove chicken. Add more oil if needed; brown
onion and garlic. Add chicken and remaining ingredients except
for the flour and cold water. Cover and bring to pressure. Cook
for 8 minutes. Blend flour and cold water; stir into cooker.
Serve over cooked noodles. Serves 4.
