Porcupine Meatballs Deluxe

1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup tomato puree
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion, cut into rings
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon sugar

Combine ground beef, rice, salt, pepper and tomato puree. Mix well
and form into 16 balls. Heat cooker; add oil and brown meatballs
on all sides. Add onion, tomato sauce, celery, and green pepper.
Combine salt, ground mustard and sugar; add to sauce. Close lid
securely and bring to pressure. Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
