Minestrone Soup

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup fresh green beans
2 zucchini, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon basil
2 cup cabbage, chopped
8 cups beef broth
1 (15 oz) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can navy beans
1 cup macaroni
1 teaspoon oregano
Parmesan cheese, optional

Heat cooker. Add olive oil and saute onion about 5 minutes. Stir
in carrots, potatoes, celery, green beans, zucchini and cabbage.
Saute all veggies 5 minutes more. Add beef broth, tomatoes, basil
and oregano. Cook 2 minutes. Add navy beans and macaroni. Stir
throughly. Cover and bring to pressure. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Serves 8.

To be used in an 8-quart PC or larger filling it 2/3 full.
