Pot Roast
3 lb beef roast
Vegetable oil
4 cups water
Salt and pepper
1 onion chopped
1 bay leaf
Heat cooker, add oil and brown meat on all sides. Place roast on
rack in cooker and add all other ingredients. Close cover securely,
cook 45 mins with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure
drop of its own accord, thicken gravy if desired.
