2 cups chicken broth 1 cup cooked, leftover rice
2 oz. cooked chicken 1 tomato 1/4 diced onion 1 garlic clove a couple slices of red bell pepper, diced 1 egg dried chives soy sauce sesame oil salt and pepper
Combine broth and rice. Cook on low heat and add remaining ingredients.
Let this all simmer together about an hour.
