This is also good for stuffing.
1 1/2 cups raw rice 1 cup margarine or butter 1 cup sliced onions 1 teaspoon thyme, sage, marjoram (each) 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup chopped parsley 3/4 cup celery and leaves.
Cook rice and let it cool. Melt margarine and add the rest ot the ingredients. Cook together for 5 min. Add rice and mix well.
