Herb Rice 1 1/2 cups raw rice 1 cup margarine or butter 1 cup sliced onions 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon sage 1 teaspoon marjoram 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup chopped parsley 3/4 cup celery and leaves
Cook rice and let it cool. Melt margarine and add the rest ot the ingredients. Cook together for 5 minutes. Add rice and mix well.
