Black Pepper Rice

Serves 4.
2 cups white rice 1 green bell pepper, diced 2 green onions, chopped 4 oz beef steak salt black pepper coarsely ground
Pan fry stake on high heat to char. Dice and set aside. Boil 3 cups of water with 1 tsp of salt, add rice, stir, turn heat setting to simmer for 25 minutes then take the pot off the stove for 5 minutes. Transfer rice into a large bowl and fluff the rice with a fork. Combine the remaining ingredients to the rice, cover for 5 minutes to allow the raw vegetables to slightly cook. Stir again before serving.
