Q&E Spanish rice (quick n' easy)

3 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed (or 3 teaspoons granules)
2 tablespoons dried green pepper flakes (I never use this cuz I keep forgetting to buy it!)
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
dash of chili powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste to boiling water
1 cup rice
2 1/4 cup water

Bring water to boil. Add tomato paste to boiling water along with rest of ingredients. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or till water is absorbed.
