RICE WITH HEARTS OF PALM

2 cups white rice, cooked
1 cup sour cream
1 can hearts of palm, drained
1 cup grated cheese

Spread one cup of rice over the bottom of a baking dish. Slice
the hearts of palm into medallions and spread them in a layer over
the rice. Cover with a second layer of rice, spread the salted
sour cream over the

rice, pour the liquid from the can of palmitos over the layers,
and sprinkle cheese over the top. Place in a hot oven at 350 0xba
F for 15 minutes or until hot.
