Spanish Rice
Yield: 4 Servings

1 c long grain rice
1 1/2 c water
3/4 c salsa

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. When at a rolling boil, add
salsa, and bring back to bubbling. Add rice, cover, and simmer
gently for about 20 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Fluff
with a fork and serve.
