Creamy Balsamic Dressing
1 c mayonnaise
2 tb extra virgin olive oil
3 tb balsamic Vinegar
1/2 ts garlic powder
2 tb fresh lemon juice
1/8 ts pepper
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in 2-cup bowl and whisk until smooth.
Chill several hours before serving over salad greens. Makes enough
for 8-10 people.
Serve shredded chicken over iceberg lettuce topped with this
dressing.
