Blue Cheese Dressing
16 oz. container sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 quart of buttermilk
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
garlic salt
shot of tabasco sauce
dried parsley
1 or 2 4 oz. packages crumbled blue cheese
Combine in bowl and stir with wire whisk first 8 ingredients.
After mixing stir in blue cheese. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours
before serving.
