Bleu Cheese Dressing

8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Bleu Cheese
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk

Blend together with a food processor or mixer. This dressing will
tend to absorb the milk/cream (will tend to "solidify") so it should
be slightly thinner than you want the end result to be. Crumble
up an additional 4 oz Bleu cheese by hand and mix in the chunks.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving (if too thick, add more
cream/milk)
