Roquefort Salad Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
2 1/2 Tablespoons tarragon or champagne vinegar
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
scant 1/4 cup Roqufort cheese, crumbled
Combine and mix well.
