Blue Cheese Sour Cream Dressing
8 oz sour cream
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
buttermilk or milk
salt
cracked pepper
Place sour cream in a refrigerator-type container with lid (ie:
Tupperware). Fold blue cheese into sour cream with a fork, mashing
a few of the cheese pieces to add blue cheese flavor to the sour
cream. Gradually stir in small amounts of buttermilk (preferred)
or milk until the desired consistency is reached.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover container and refrigerate
overnight. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
