Bleu Cheese Dressing
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 pound crumbled bleu cheese
Whip the cream until it is just short of forming peaks. Then fold
in the Bleu cheese. I have been told a little bit of lemon juice
helps to keep the cream firm, but I don't use it.
After it has been in the fridge for a while, you may have to gentle
stir it a bit as the cream may liquify a bit.
