Creamy Ceasar Salad Dressing
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
2 or 3 cloves garlic or 2 T garlic powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T lemon juice
2 or 3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup half and half
Put in blender and blend well. At least one minute or longer. If
too thick add more half and half. You will enjoy this because of
the garlic flavor which adds a zip to the salad.
