Cesear Salad Dressing
1 pint mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 lemons
8 anchovy fillets
3 tablespoons balsamic vineger
2 1/2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon garlic chopped finely
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and cracked pepper
Add all wet ingredients and then the dry on top and blend in a
blender. Season to taste. Serve with freshly washed lettuce (1/2
romana and 1/2 iceberg).
