Catalina Dressing
1 cup ketchup
1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 to 1 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 cups oil (use twice as much oil as vinegar)
1 medium onion, grated
salt: to taste
1 tbsp paprika, optional
8 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, optional
garlic powder, optional
pepper to taste, optional
Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly. Store in covered jar and
keep refrigerated.
