Creamy Pesto Dressing
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/8 tsp Hot Sauce such as Texas Pete
1/4 rounded tablespoon salt
1 tbs crushed fresh garlic
32 oz jar sugar free mayonnaise
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 lb grated Romano cheese
Combine ingredients in order given. Store in refrigerator. Makes
2 quarts.
