Cucumber-Dill Dressing
1/3 c White Wine Vinegar
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsps dried dill weed or 4 tbsp fresh dillweed
1/2 cucumber, diced 1/4 inch
1/2 c nonfat sour cream
Dissolve salt in vinegar. Whip in oil by droplets. Add pepper and
dill weed. Add diced cucumber and chop coarsely in blender. Stir
in sour cream to taste.
