Tomato Soup French Dressing

1 large onion
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup cidar vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. paprika
1 cup vegetable oil
10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup

Finely chop onion. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and
blend well with a wire whip or you may mix all ingredients in the
blender on low after you have chopped the onions. It will have an
orange-creamy texture when done in the blender and a more chunky-reddish
look when done in the bowl by hand.

Note: I cook 1 lb. sliced carrots until almost tender and mix 1/2
cup fresh diced green pepper and mix with 1 cup of the dressing.
Refridgerate overnight for a very tasty side dish.
