Honey Garlic

Honey and Garlic Dressing
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 tsp grated lemon or lime rind
6 tsp honey
1 to 2 cloves crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all in a screw top jar. Shake until well combined. Pour
over tossed green salad.
