Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon onion, minced
Puree first 4 ingredients in blender. Pour into bowl. Mix in
onion.
Note: This is a very sweet dressing. Good in salads containing
fruit, especially oranges.
