HONEY-MUSTARD DRESSING
Makes 1 1/2 Cups
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3/4 cup safflower or other vegetable oil
In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt
and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing.
