Honey Poppy Seed Dressing
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
In a screwtop jar, combine the ingredients and shake well. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Pour over fresh assorted fruits or mixed salad greens.
