Warm Bacon Dressing
6 slices crumbled bacon
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons oil
1 Tablespoon chopped green onion
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chives
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Sprinkle the bacon and eggs on the spinach, then pour the shaken
dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
