Japanese Salad Dressing
1 lb ginger 1 gallon white vinegar 1 gallon sugar salt (to taste) 2 gallons vegetable oil
Blend the ginger and the vinegar, you'll need to strain in a very fine strainer or with cheese cloth, once done, use cheese cloth to wring out the rest of the juice/vinegar mixture from the left over pulp in the cheese cloth, the next step is easy, add both the vinegar ginger juice and the vegetable oil and mix till desired consistancy or becomes a creamy texture. While doing this, add about a handful of salt (this is according to restaurant portions, so a pinch would be just right, this is to bring out the flavor).
