Salad Dressing

6.5 lbs round onions
5 lemons
5 stalks celery
4 ounces garlic
4 ounces dry mustard
3 ounces salt
5 ounces sugar
6 cups white vinegar
1 cup shoyu
5 gallons vegetable oil

Grind celery and onions in blender and set aside, grind garlic with
small amount of oil in blender, then set aside, squeeze lemons and
set juice aside, add hot water to mustard and mix till creamy, set
aside. Add ingredients to blender and gradually add oil, add salt
and sugar, then add vinegar and shoyu (soy sauce) and blend to
disired consistancy.
