Home-made Mayo

2 whole eggs or 4 yolks, well beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup white vinegar

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it's
thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and cool completely before using.
Keeps two weeks in the fridge; makes 2 cups.
