Mayonnaise
2 yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/16 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup salad oil
pinch cayenne pepper
Put everything in the blender, except the 3/4 cu. salad oil and
blend till well mixed. Then very slowly add the oil as the blender
runs on hi.
