Rasp Vinaigrette 11

Raspberry Vinaigrette
Makes 3/4 cup
1/3 cup raspberry preserves
1/4 cup veg. oil
4 tsp rice vinegar
4 tsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp coarse grained mustard
Place preserves in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Stir in
rest of ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
