Red Russian Dressing
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups of the best olive oil
3/4 cup of apple vinegar
1/3 cup of sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic finely minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Whisk or mix (do not blend) and chill.
This is wonderful for salads, cucumber slices, or cottage cheese.
