2 cloves garlic,peeled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 small stuffed olives
1/4 teaspoon oregano
6 anchovy fillet
2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper

In food processor, blend all the ingredients for the dressing and blend
until smooth. Pour the dressing over the mixed green salad and mix well.

SALAD DRESSING FOR CUCUMBER (Spain)

1 clove garlic peeled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil

In a food processor or blender, Mix the dressing ingredients and blend
until smooth. Reserve. Pour dressing over and mix well with:

8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into rounds
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
