Tomato-Herb Dressing
1/4 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup red wine or sherry vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh minced parsley
1 clove garlic
salt
oregano
sugar
cayenne pepper
black pepper
1-3 Tbsp quality mustard, optional
3 tsp Romano cheese, optional
Mince the clove of garlic, then combine all ingredients, except
cheese. Sprinkle cheese on salad after dressing is applied.
