Vinaigrette
1 T mustard
2 T vinegar
3 T oil
Put these ingredients into a shaker and shake. These proportions
are easy to remember for larger amounts, and you can experiment
with different mustards, vinegars, and oils. Herbs and spices can
be added to taste.
Variation: Try honey mustard and raspberry vinegar, or dijon mustard
and tarragon vinegar.
