Zesty Salad Dressing
3 parts seasoned rice vinegar
1 part vegetable oil
minced/pressed fresh garlic to taste
Combine ingredients and shake to mix.
Notes: I make up 2 cups at a time with 2-3 cloves of garlic and
store the dressing in cleaned Grolsch beer bottles. Use non-seasoned
rice vinegar to lower calories with slight impact on flavor.
