POTATO SALAD CAESAR
1/2 cup salad oil 1 tsp Worcestershire 1/8th tsp pepper, garlic powder 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 egg 1/4 cup minced onion 4 cups diced hot cooked potatoes
2 quarts torn romaine 2 cups garlic croutons 1/4 cup each parmesan and crumbled roquefort 1 can smoked oysters or clams
Beat together oil, Worcestershire, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, egg, and onion.
Toss with potatoes.
Chill thoroughly Combine and toss with romaine, croutons, cheeses and oysters.
