POTATO SALAD CAESAR
1/2 cup salad oil
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/8th tsp pepper, garlic powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced onion
4 cups diced hot cooked potatoes
2 quarts torn romaine
2 cups garlic croutons
1/4 cup each parmesan and crumbled roquefort
1 can smoked oysters or clams
Beat together oil, Worcestershire, pepper, garlic powder, lemon
juice, egg, and onion.
Toss with potatoes.
Chill thoroughly Combine and toss with romaine, croutons, cheeses
