Potato Salad
cooked potatoes
1 teaspoon honey
small dash commercial salad dressing (whichever you like)
dollop mayonnaise
finely chopped 1/2 red salad onion
large teaspoon mustard seed
dash lemon juice
lots chopped fresh chives
lots chopped fresh parsley
In a bowl mix honey, small dash of commercial salad dressing
(whichever you like) dollop of mayonnaise, onion, mustard seed,
dash of lemon juice, lots of chopped fresh chives and parsley.
Mix through just cooked potatoes.
