Potato Salad for 150
50 pounds new potatoes, boiled, cut 1 inch cubes
75 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/2 gallons chopped onion
3 1/8 quarts mayonnaise
1/2 cup prepared mustard
3 1/8 quarts sweet pickle relish, with juice
dash salt and pepper
dash paprika
Combine all ingrediants and sprinkle with paprika.
