SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Salad Recipes >> Avocado Mango    Avocado Mango Avocado & Mango Salad 2 avocados 2 mangos 1 cup walnuts 1 mignonette lettuce 1/4 cup olive oil 2 Tbs lemon juice 1 Tsp mustard 1 Tbs mayonnaise Wash and tear lettuce, place in salad bowl. Top with diced mango, and sliced avocado. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Place all dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake, until well combined. It also had to be simple to prepare. It's not that I can't cook, Just didn't want to spend all day in the kitchen. It was simple to prepare and very tastey. Everyone loved it! Thanks for the recipe!
