MACEDONIAN BEAN SALAD
3 cups cooked white beans (drained canned beans are fine)
1 large red onion, sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 green onions with tops, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
juice of one lemon
pinch of dried oregano (or to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
Combine and chill.
